A)

Strategist is someone who generates plans, strategies, ideas, judges, innovates executes and implement the strategy for the business organization There are mainly two kinds of strategists internal and external.

The main types of jobs that has strong strategy elements are Chief executive officers (CEO), bank managers, industrial leaders and sports captain etc.

B)

Strategic planner is the one who defines strategy, direction and makes decision in an organization by allocating the required resources to accomplish goals and objectives .It is someone within the company such as CEO , managers , supervisors etc .

On the other hand strategic consultant is the one who is not associated with the company. Such types of consultant officers don’t belong to the company but they are hired to assist in developing effective strategies for the company.

My answer to question no 2:

I would like to work as a bank manager in a bank. I believe I have got some managerial skills required to become a successful manager in the future. My strong point is that I have the ability to motivate and support people working under me.

Although being a manager you need to motivate your employees I think I lack certain amount of communication skills which I will be focusing on and try to improve in near future.
